No Refunds

All purchases made through our website (www.ckonnect.co.in) or any third-party platform used by CKonnect are final and non-refundable. This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Training programs (individual modules or full course)
  • Workshop registrations
  • Digital materials (e.g., templates, toolkits, checklists)
  • Corporate training slots

We do not offer refunds under any of the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts
  • No-show or partial attendance in a session
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations
  • Technical issues on the user’s end (e.g., device/browser incompatibility, internet issues)
  • Duplicate purchases or accidental payments

Course Access and Support

Cancellations or Rescheduling by CKonnect

In the unlikely event that a session or course is cancelled or rescheduled by CKonnect, we will:

  • First, aim to provide an alternative date or session (where applicable).
  • If rescheduling is not feasible, we will issue a full refund to all affected participants.

By purchasing any service, registering for a course, or enrolling in a workshop, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
