- Workshop registrations
- Digital materials (e.g., templates, toolkits, checklists)
- Corporate training slots
We do not offer refunds under any of the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts
- No-show or partial attendance in a session
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations
